If a restaurant dinner is too demanding and you prefer to spend an informal evening, our winery is the place for you!
Our wine list is really interesting and well-stocked: we are great wine enthusiasts and we like to put on the menu what we love the most.
In addition, you can accompany the wines with some traditional dishes at any time of the evening.
During the summer, our garden is the best place to enjoy the coolness of the Alta Langa. In all seasons we organize live music evenings.

Why the name “Da’Ambros”?
To resume a historical tradition, once the sign just outside our courtyard was just “Da’Ambros”. In fact, Ambros was my grandfather, the founder of our restaurant.
Over the years, my father and I (Claudio) took over, so, since Ambros was no longer alone, we changed the name to “Dei Bersaglieri”.
The winery is our youngest project and, to honor our grandfather’s intuition, it came naturally to call it that way.
